Sameer Dige — still my personal loan not closed

I have taken personal loan in the month of march'19, loan account no [protected] - loan amount 6, 25154 from fullerton india
Now i have taken new loan from fullerton india against property - loan amount is 8, 13, 200/-
Fullerton india executive mr. Kamal (Mob no [protected]) said that your existing personal loan outstanding has been deduct from this loan & balance amount cheque is issue
I have recd 1, 82, 345 rs cheque from fullerton india on 23.10.2019
Now i can check my existing loan status is still active & emi of the same is due on 05.11.2019.
So unnecessary i am paying 2 emi of different loans
I am frquently request to mr, kamal (Mob no [protected]) for closed my existing personal loan but still i have not recd any feedback from him
Pl i request you pl do the needful on urgent basis
