Despite multiple email follow ups, calls, I did not get any response from their team in last 20 days. Interest is getting accumulated each day and they are not ready to provide me the procedure to foreclose my loan account. I have escalated this case to their senior officials twice via dedicated email id to handle complaints which is also very unresponsive. As per email request recieved for Closure of PL (LAN 2195634) I have close the Loan on 25th October 2019, also amount got debited from my bank account. Still why there is delay in providing NOC i dont know. Already 5 days went. Just they simple email we will reply you after 3-4 days. They doesnt understand the importance of the persons need.

[protected] on 13/04/2016 but till now i haven't received my noc letter and when contacted customer care and collection team representative ali who visited our house he said to visit branch.. They are harassing us.. And customer care gets disconnected automatically.. Their mission is to harass your customer to the extent that they give up.. And don't ask for anything.. All efforts in vain.....
