Sameer — Water dripping leakage

I am staying at 3rd floor and my home hall area water is continuously dripping from above flat.
I have verbally informed above flat owner about it also i have written complaint to housing society. What are my options to get this resolved
This falls under thane municipal corporation Maharashtra
