I purchased an office bag on 26.07.2013 from BIG SPLASH, VASHI, NEW MUMBAI costing around Rs. 7, 000/-. It is only three months and its main zip has ceased to function, i wonder if this thing happens to such costly items what will be the fate of low cost items. I request u to kindly replace the bag or replace the zip at the earliest
