Samsonite India — main lock and side lock poor quality | |||
I have replaced the main and side locks numerous times all within a space of 3 to 4 months, although the original lock lasted for around 10 years, the subsequent replacement has not lasted for more than 3 months. I have replaced the main locks and the side locks at an authorised samsonite repair centre situated at andheri! Where do i purchase replacement main lock for my oyster series suitcase? We purchased a trolley bag with life time warranty, after 3 years it was cracked during travelling, when i visit show room executive confirmed that company has been stopped production of this Model so we cant replace it, we can provide you other bag but it was chargeable. and we discount some amount. so what is the meaning of warranty guaranty.
