I bought a suitcase in 2017 in the US with an international warranty. While travelling last month from London to India it cracked along the sides. Samsonite has agreed that the suitcase is still under warranty. However, they are refusing to send a suitable replacement. The model I bought is not available in India. I bought it for $140 and the same now costs $229. Since the model is not available, Samsonite is only providing a voucher amount of $140. With this, I can't even buy the SAME suitcase that I currently have. This is in violation of their warranty policy on the website. I have sent 15 emails with all the details and yet Samsonite refuses to engage or respond regarding why they are violating their policy.
