Samsonite India — Poor quality of trolley bag | |||||
Dear sir, I bought samsonite trolley bag just before three year from kolkota with limited ten years international warranty. Due to poor quality of trolley bag index no-37427-f three times i service trolley bag tyres and fourth time i submitted bag to umrao plaza canteen devlali nashik maharashtra for chain problem or outer body damaged. I, am fade up with the poor quality of trolley bag, simultaneous many problems in trolley bag so i requested to replace my trolley bag to short out the problem as fast as possible. I had bought a bag of American Tourister last month when i was looking for a bag they said it is an waterproof one. When I used in rain with all the cover they had provided with the bag. even though the things inside the bag became wet and a few important documents got wet(not drenched). so what is the use of buying an water resistant bag!!!
