Hi,
1. company does not respond to email sent to them ([protected]@samsonite.com) on a complaint about a faulty luggage
2. there is no response on their contact center. you leave behind your contact details no one calls.
3. left messages on their fb page, yet no on emoved.
4. submitted my trolley bag to their service center in sarai khwaza, faridabad (haryana) vide receipt no 17976 dated 24th july 2016. however they have no time line by which the product can be replaced
5. there is no way in which you can get to interact with this company on email or phone.
