Samsonite India — samsonite india not honoring their warranty | |||
We bought a bag from house of samsonite. We had a situation where the bag came apart while traveling, this was then fixed and then we were charged 1200/- the bad is still not repaired properly and the zip keeps sipping off. Mohsin attended to us at the shop and was terribly rude said that he can't help us. This bag was brand new and less than a year old with a 10yr warranty. The company has cleared cheated us and not honoured they commitment of warranty, the shop 'house of samsonite' is only interested in selling their product and not helping their customers.
