Hi team, i bought a school bag for my kid on 29th of march and reported the damaged piece on 31st march to the shop at pune and to a surprise that the response got now after so many days from the shop and authorised guys that the bag is damaged due to use. Please help to reolve this and help for quick replacement as already struggling from last two months.
