I bought a bag from Bangkok, with which I forgot to collect the warranty card. (Nor did the store care to give me)
Now the trolly bag handle cap broke, and when I gave it for servicing in Pune, India.
The store denied me saing u don't have warranty card. (The product has 3 years warranty)
I spoke to evry possible staff from the company.
Been mailing at Every door possible since a month.
I still haven't got any solution.
If the store doesn't give a warranty card. It's customers fault?

Why should I purchase a new bag?
