I am posting this complaint to highlight a disappointing experience with Samsung regarding a Galaxy S23 Ultra display-line issue.

A display line appeared on my device despite there being no physical damage, no drops, no liquid exposure, and no misuse of any kind. The issue appeared after a software update, raising serious concerns about the reliability of Samsung's flagship devices and the possibility of software-related or manufacturing-related defects.

What is particularly frustrating is that Samsung has previously acknowledged similar display-line issues through replacement programs, yet customers who experience the same defect outside the eligibility period are expected to pay a substantial amount for repairs. A defect does not become the customer's responsibility simply because it appears after an arbitrary deadline.

The customer service experience was equally disappointing. Instead of receiving a fair evaluation of the issue, I felt that my concerns were dismissed and the discussion focused primarily on policy limitations rather than finding a reasonable solution. Customers who invest heavily in premium flagship devices deserve better support and a more customer-centric approach.

I am requesting Samsung to reconsider cases like these on their merits rather than relying solely on policy cut-off dates. Premium products should be backed by premium after-sales service. I hope Samsung reviews this issue seriously and provides affected customers with a fair resolution.
