I have registered two complaints with your toll-free number since Apr-19-2025, but till date issue has not been resolved
1. Technician came and replaced thermostat and Fridge stopped the cooling
2. Technician suggested that it require fan replacement, which was eventually done, but now ice formation has stopped in freezer compartment.
I called up you service center engineer Bhuvnesh (+91 [protected]) and he assured that someone will come to attend the issue. However, he has stopped answering my phone and SMS. Your call center representatives can only send a message to same service center, who are again not responding to my calls.
I have been living without a refrigerator for last 2 months in summers and due to the pathetic service, I am running in circles to get the issue resolved but seems no one is willing to help. Your service center technician is only interested in the visiting charges and component cost and have been pressuring me to pay the amount, despite knowing the fact that issue has not been resolved.
Please resolve this issue on priority and send someone who has the right level of knowledge to resolve the problem.

    I have purchased samsung tab A from dubai last year. The product worked fine till this month but after sometime its display suddenly went off. the device is working as i can hear click sound but no display. currently i m residing in Mumbai, india. i took it to nearest samsung authorised service centre but they refused to accept my product for repairs as it has been purchased outside india. i have receipt of my purchase . i dont know what to do now... plz help.
    It has an international warranty
    Please get back to me asap

      I have purchased a sumsung mobile z4 containing tizen store version on 17.07.2017. The mobile can only be used with the application available therein. No provision is made in this application for down loading of apps and other applications. Therefore, the set is completely useless and needs be replaced by android application. I hope the company will realize the difficulties of the customers and replace the mobile with that of android application to save the reputation of the company,

      Company has not resolved my complaint eventhough informstion asked was supplied on 29/10/20!7. I requested the company to replace the z4 mobile which is not useful in any manner

      I feel company at its own accord treated the complaint as resolved without realising the difficulties faced by the customer with useless mobile having limited applications and does'nt have capacity of down loading majority of files

        Dear Sir,
        That I had purchased Samsung Mobile having model - Samsung Galaxy Grand prime (SM-G531F) on 9th Dec, 2015 at Aurangabad and till today my mobile is under warranty and still your service providers are asking for repairing charges of Rs. 9, 270/- estimate given by one of your local service provider at Aurangabad. I am very shocked to listen the repairing charges considering my mobile cost is of Rs. 9900/- considering this question arises of your services costing even though my mobile us under warranty. It is important to note that under warranty I am not supposed to pay any amount considering warranty period is still not end and your service provider are taking shelter of damages due to liquid. Therefore I am hereby requesting you to please repair my mobile under warranty without incurring any cost to me.
