Respected sir/Madam
It is hereby bring to your kind notice that I have Purchased Samsung S22 Ultra mobile phone on DMI Finance.
My total loan amount was Rs. 80003.
it was going to be closed as on march 2023 but I paid some installments in advance and It was showing loan closed as on February 2023.
Since yesterday i am getting a message of pending emi which is Rs. 7273 though I have already paid the whole amount.
Consumer Care centre of DMI Finance is not handling my complaintv satisfactorily and giving ambiguous replies about the same.
The details are as follows:
Loan ID: DMI[protected].
Loan amount taken: Rs. 80003
Loan amount paid till February 2023: Rs. 80003
I am also sharing the screenshot of my loan ID.
Please look into the matter.
