I have taken two mobile phones on emi and loan of rs 55000 from samsung dmi finance plus.They will deduct an amount of rs 3900 from 4 August to till today..while I submit my all emi on time to time my my loan I'd is DMI[protected]

Only three times I pay my Late emi but they deduct every month in the name of ecsbddmifnbcc an amount from my account when I call there customer representative they do not provide me any details about my Debited amount.please help me to solve my problem so I could return my extra amount which they deduct Fraudly from my account I am very upset from this company.I email them but there is no reply of any details of this Deduction please help me so I Got my Money easily
