[Resolved]  Samsung - Refrigerator - Model Ra18f — The iron clamps carrying the door gets rusted and broken

I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator Model RA 18 F in 2006 December and after one year the control switch has stopped working and the same was replaced. Now I could find that the iron clamps carrying the main door has rusted completely and the door has come out. Could you suggest some solutions so that such manufacturing defects are avoided in future. Please also inform me the address of the dealer from where I can get the original spares.
