I purchased the Samsung EcoBubble front-load washing machine expecting reliability and durability, but this has been one of the worst appliance experiences I’ve ever had.

Within a short time, the display panel stopped working, and the product failed unexpectedly. When I raised a complaint, the engineer blamed a “rat bite”—even though Samsung’s own installation technician never installed the rat guard in the first place. This is a clear installation failure, yet Samsung expects the customer to pay for repairs.
The after-sales service has been extremely poor:
Engineers don’t come on the scheduled day
Service tickets get closed without resolution
Multiple complaints needed for the same issue
Repair estimate increased from ₹3, 500 to ₹5, 400 without justification
They demand part payment before even repairing
Warranty support is practically non-existent
A premium brand like Samsung should offer professional service and accountability, but my experience has been the complete opposite.
I do NOT recommend the Samsung EcoBubble washing machine due to:
❌ Unreliable performance
❌ Poor build quality
❌ Mismanaged warranty service
❌ Unprofessional technicians
❌ Zero consistency in repair estimates
❌ Extremely frustrating customer support
Save your money — choose a brand that respects customers and stands by its warranty.
