Regaarding the washing machine spinner problem

A Washing machine was purchased on 29.10.2022 and now we are facing the problem that spinner is not moving, thus awshing aswell as spin is not working. plz arrange to make attend and rectify the problem.

Samsung semi automatic washing machine

Purchsed semi automatic washing machine vide invoice no 2121/2223/02674 from greast eastern on dt 28.10.2022 but after opening on delivery it was found that the dryer of the machine is broken from the bottom . We had requested to replace the machine but the company representative refuses for the same and insist for repair .
After a lapse of 7 days they have not replaced the same.

I have, been following up with Samsung service center for the last ten days for simple request to repair my washing machine and I have been given a reference of complain [protected], apparantly theres is some part in the machine is not available, and I have been following up with them rather than they should be following up with me, Its absolutely rediciulous with the way they treat customers.
Today again I have spoken to a Supervisor who assured me a call back with a distinct actionable time and resolution, but as expected I have not received any update from Samsung.
I hope all of you who wants to buy a Samsung Product will keep this after sales service in mind.

Samsung Washing Machine — break down of washing machine
my samsung washing machine's tumbler has been broken since one and a half month and it is chewing up my clothes .It is fully automatic fuzzy logic model .I am makeing repeated complains to authorised service centres at agra and they are informig about their diability to receieve the part(tumbler). So please help me all indicator in control on if power on

Samsung - washing machine — no response on my washing machine breakdown within 6 months of purchase
Samsung service team is sleeping on my complaint wrt to washing machine break down on 16th Dec. Every time I call they inform thy are awaiting parts to come from their regional office & now post almost a month I get the same revrt with no action intiated whatsoever .I want my money back from samsung,
An Absolutely pathetic response from Team Samsung!
I have tried to contact several time with redulous response from the call center that some one will resolve or call back in 30 mins.
Finally I had to go to a local electrician who fixed the machine in flat 30 mins (30 day with no response from Samsung), my humble request to anyone who wants to buy a product from Samsung - Avoid it, patetic after sales service, you are better off going to a local manufacturer who offers competative pricing.
I got a call from some one from Samsung & to my surprise he had no sense of regret - litrally he said thats your problem deal with it..

Dear Mr. Ajith,
Ref. our telephone conversation on 3.12.08, on the subject matter, I have kept ready the bill and guarantee card ready to be collected by your office.
The fully automatic front loading Washing machine model P 1053, was purchased from Samsung Authorised dealer M/s. White planet, Ernakulam on 28.1.06. A LCD TV Model LA32R718 was also purchased on the same date and both items delivered at my home at Alappuzha. From the beginning, washing Machine has been showing problems one after another which were attended by service Engineers from Ernakulam in the beginning and on later stage from your office. The last such major repair was done by you last month by replacing the soap tray assembly, to stop leakage of water.
Two weeks later, machine started leaking again and a complaint was registered on 20.11.08 – as Complaint no. No. [protected]. The fault was diagnosed as breaking of washing tub. You have promised to replace the component with in week and failed to do so for reason known to you. It is indeed appreciated your further communication on 3rd December 2008 and proposing to take up the matter with your HQs to replace entire washing machine. As such as per your direction, I have kept the bill ready for you.
In this connection, I would like bring to your notice that, the washing machine claimed by you( Samsung) to be one of the best in the market, could not stand up to its name and proved to be a disaster. I would have taken immediate steps had it not been for my faith on Samsung brand and the flawless performance of my LCD. I had been facing much difficulties due to the constant breakdown of the machine, not alone monetarily but also to the reason for which the machine was procured.
As such, without any more negotiation on the subject matter, I would like to have my washing machine replaced with a new identical machine without further delay. In order to maintain smooth customer relation ship, I hope and believe that you will convince your HQs about the seriousness, importance and consequences of the matter without fail.

Samsung- Washing Machine — Disgraceful service quality
My machine first stopped working around the 18th (dates may not be accurate). It took the service engineer 3 days and over 5 calls from me to fix an appointment. He arrived fixed the problem in under 5 mins and was done.I asked the service engineer to give it a proper look and was responded to that request with a -Maam I have seen it. it’s done. great. I paid the service charge and done for.
I put in the next load and the cycle didn’t finish. Another call- 3 days later and over 7 calls to take an appointment (TO ENSURE I AM ATHOME WHEN THE MESSIAH ARRIVES)- the service engineer comes in WITHOUT A PRIOR APPOINTMENT. I was at work. he does his job. I called in to let him know that I will be home in 10 mins to pl wait for me. He doesn’t.
I put in the next load and the machine is AGAIN STUCK mid cycle.
I am coping with this through a work day-with kids uniform in wash, laundry that stuck in for days together.
is he REALLY SEEING TEH BIGGER PROBLEM or doing a fix and signing off a to-do for the day.
To say I am frustrated with the service is a gross understatement.
I am a Samsung believer- combi microwave, double -side by side door fridge, ..I am worried if they were to stop working now given your my experience with your service quality.
All I would have respected was a clear direction and time on when the service engineer will come so that I am here. and 2 that he does a thorough job.
each time I was left chasing the call center to chase teh service engineers to come home. and each time i was read a script 'i have alerted so and so and they will be there with you in 2 hours..blah blah..." 5 hours later no one turns up.
Bad service and I am going to town with this information.

my washing machine is semi automatic washing machine and problem is my hydro ceal is breaked and i request to change it so that it work properly .Samsung service engineer Mr. Kundan repair it on 24/03/2010 and give me recipt no 23407 .Now i had same problem in my washing machine due to bad service water goes to electric motor and it start short circuting .Mr Kundan said if there is any problem regarding service than we make free servie with in a month .and now they are not agree to admit their fault .Kindly help me.
Samsung Washing Machine — machine stuck
we purchased a samsung fully automatic washing machine model number WA 80 TAL.it suddenly got strucked and the machine not working but the timer is running.
we already gave complaint regarding this. we purchased this at S.L Electonics, kakinada.
we hope you will respond quickly.

EMI Option on credit not activated
I have purchased a washing machine from Reliance Digital Store (Indirapuram) on 31st Aug 2008 on Credit Card with an option of EMI. But due to some issue, my credit card statement showed the whole amount for washing machine purchased. As per discussion with store guys, they asked me to pay the only EMI amount & promised to sort out the issue at earliest. But in my next statement which i recieved last week, i got the finance charges on the balance payment for about Rs1000/ & issue remain still unresolved.This is unacceptable.
On continuos follow up, they are still not able to resolve the issue, as they cannot search for credit card charge slip.

Samsung-Washing Machine — Demo is very poor
I bought 85VPN washing machine from GIRIAS-Inner ring road bangalore on 22-07-09.The executive from SAMSUNG came on 28-07-09 only, his explanations very poor.Again i called him by phone for his oppointment, he is telling i will come after one week.Please somebody take some action on this kind poor customer care India not only for this product, all the sellers are like this only.Regards
