[Resolved]  Samyakk.com — Samyakk - Issues with delivery , refunds and customer service

I have placed an order on Samyakk.com on 18th April 2022 for 3 designer salwars worth 33, 000 Rs . I live in the USA and wanted these products to be delivered to my in-laws place at Bangalore . I had also given my sister in laws cell phone number (in india) as contact number . Within one day of placing order they informed my SIL that one of the salwar worth 15000 Rs is not in stock and sold out even though their website still showed that the item was in stock . After that both me and my SIL followed up for weeks together to get the refund for this product . I was following up through WhatsApp and my SIL called the store multiple times and spoke to manager . Everytime they said they will refund the amount but it did not happen for 3 weeks until my SIL called the manager and scolded them . Finally got the refund after 3 weeks of pleading and begging . The WhatsApp contact is useless, they are least bothered to serve the customers and keep lying that they are working on it .
To add to this issue, after 3 weeks of placing order they tell me that another salwar is now out of stock, wonder how can a product go out of stock after 3 weeks of placing the order . This shows how well they are serving their online customers . To solve this issue my SIL spoke to the manager directly and asked them to replace it with it another item and let me tell you there is no update on this yet ( no email to inform the customer or anything ) . Now the third issue . There was 1 item available out of the 3 items I had originally ordered but that item is not yet shipped even though it is 3 weeks now . Every time we follow up with them they say that it is under packing, this was the status for 1 week . So I got frustrated and asked my SIL to follow up with the manager again . On may 4th the manager told my SIL that the 1 product is shipped and gave a DTDC courier tracking number for the package . Guess what, that is not even the tracking number for my package . When we tracked it, it says that product was already delivered on 27 th April to Hyderabad location . So they lied once again and tried to fool us to get away with the multiple follow ups . Today is may 6th and I have no clue about what is going on . I have spent around 20000 Rs and they don’t even have the courtesy to tell the truth . Worst customer service, they might have good collection of clothes but they are heavily priced and don’t care after the order is placed . Please avoid shopping at this store which doesn’t respect customers . Horrible experience. I hope I get the items at-least in a weeks time and they are decent .

They Shipped both the dresses today and received it and got the refund as well . Wish we did not have to go through all this hassle, only if they had served the customer in first place without begging and pleading .
