    Loved the saree, blouse and petticoat set. Blouse fitting needed to be altered locally in Australia even after the measurements but the end effect was so stunning I got over it! Thank you Samyakk!

        Samyakk - Issues with delivery , refunds and customer service

        I have placed an order on Samyakk.com on 18th April 2022 for 3 designer salwars worth 33, 000 Rs . I live in the USA and wanted these products to be delivered to my in-laws place at Bangalore . I had also given my sister in laws cell phone number (in india) as contact number . Within one day of placing order they informed my SIL that one of the salwar worth 15000 Rs is not in stock and sold out even though their website...

            I am a NRI living in Muscat. I placed an ordere online on Sept 04, 2021 ( order No 19219) for an Ikat Silk Saree (item code SR26406) on Samyak.com using a link sent by their representative on website Chat. Item was to be delivered at our Muscat address in 25-30 working days. Payment was made using my ICIC bank Master card (EBS Transaction ID[protected]. M/s Samyak.com cold not deliver the item as promised in their website. Even after more than 60 days have passed since order, they are not confirming the delivery date. This is a breach of trust and shows their intention to cheat and take the NRI customers for granted . Their action has caused larger damage to the reputation of Indian E Shopping companies among NRIs. I have sent mail and WhatsApp message to M/s Samayk.com to cancel the order and refund the money. But no response from their side. Please intervene/advise M/s Samyakk.com to refund the money with 12% interest and apologies for breach of trust.

                I bought a lehenga on May 16th. I was suppose to receive my product at the end of April. I contacted them April 13th asking if the lock down affected my order...they said it did not and that it would be shipped the next week. I contacted them on April 25th and they didn’t even have the product yet. Since this would not be available for my wedding and they didn’t even receive the product yet I asked for a refund...they did not give me a refund even though they said they would process it. I contacted them on May 13th and May 25th about the refund. Both times they said they would process the refund and they did not. It is now June 20th and I still have not received a refund. I had to submit a claim with PayPal hoping they can help with the process.

                  Hi Team,

                  This is inreference of product id#[protected] . I have returned the product and the shop confirmed the return however i have not received my return yet.I have been following up with the sales executives multiple time but no reply.
                  Receipt of return product as confirmed by executive 30 January and dropped email on 1st february but not yet returned.(Rs 8850+shipping charges to be refunded)

                  I had ordered another product in parallel with product id#[protected] . They sent a faulty product and told they can only replace the product. However i want a return on the product because i read through the return policy and i had informed the team the day it reached that its faulty and i want to initiate return and not replace. However i got a reply that since they considered my first product they will not return my second product. I am attaching the conversation and the return policy thats up intheir website.(Rs. 12000 to be refunded+shipping charges).

                      I ordered 2 dresses online and was given rough delivery date of one month post order. Later after daily chasing their executive I Was informed they will not be able to deliver me the dress in promised time and are cancelling the order. Even after chasing the team on daily basis am not given any date when do they plan to return my money. Highly disappointed by the attitude of their executives.

                        Hi,
                        I purchase one saree from samyak online site. The amount of product is rs. 7490/-, i tried to pay thourgh google pay but google pay is still on processing, thts why i paid to samyak delivery agent by cash. After delivery agent left the place the amount is got deducted from my bank account. The amount is still not credit on my bank account. I am asking to refund my amount from samyak but they are not providing me any bank statments that they recived payment or not. its one month nw but they didnt refund my amount.

                        As per your Google pay, the transaction is still pending which does not mean the amount is credited to us. Regarding the paying in cash to the delivery agent, he does not belong to Samyakk. We deliver the parcels through our Courier partners.

                        We have checked with the courier partners and they have confirmed that they have received payment only once through cash.

                        Kindly check with your bank as transaction is showing as processing not completed, they cannot process the payment without your consent.

                          Hi Viewers, Samyakk has not paid for the website development work which we have done. Though they have made us to change the design 2, 3 times, and again we have reworked from the scratch they haven't paid amount for the website development work. One of the big cheaters i have seen in my life. Samyakk the fraud.

                            I am extremely unhappy with the lousy way of working and unprofessional attitude of Samyakk Bengaluru. I ordered couple of Sherwanis worth more than Rs 60000.(Job No- 465, Sales Person - Haroon & Surendra Singh) The order was delayed (was promised for 16th Nov 2015, gor on 18th Nov) and came to the level of rush when I had to leave the city. Apart from that one of the sherwanis was not altered properly and I was promised to get that delivered at home before 12 Noon on 19th Nov 2015. The delivery person started from Shop after 12:30 PM and so far did not turn up till 2 PM. I am in extremely frustrated state cause of loss of time and money with such a lousy way of working.

                              I am from Delhi, on first week of August I ordered one Pure Kanjivaram saree with pure silver zari border from sampyakk website, as I was a bit confused that wether the company will provide pure zari or tested one, hence asked online chat executive abouth the zari purity and silk purity.he said the sari is of pure silk as well as pure wooven zari but when i received the product and shown it to one shop(emporeum-taminadu) in delhi, They said the zari is of tested zari . also the silk is not pure.

                              My point is why these guys then claim to give 30 % money back on pure zari n all. This company is cheater.

                                Order #[protected]placed on March 10, 2014 After order confirmation order was not disputed for a month, only after many emails they dispatched the order. In order it was cotton anarkali and they dispatched net. Second anarkali dupatta is 1 foot net. When I communicated for this, they said, will investigate and come back. It is again more than a month and no reply

                                  I bought a bridal lehenga for my fiance for the wedding. Before buying it we asked them more than once whether the blouse is long one, he repeatedly said that it was a long blouse and the material is enough for a long blouse. When we visited our tailor she said the material is for a short blouse and a long blouse cannot be stitched with the material provided.

                                  We immediately called the store manager and spoke to him, he said he will return the money if it was a mistake by the store. We went to the store, the store manager asked us to wait for 10mins, we waited for some time and then they started saying he is not in the store. Later they started abusing us by saying we are uneducated, threw the blouse on the floor and made a big fuss in the store.

                                  We both have double degrees from American universities and we are NRI's but the treatment we got here makes us feel that India should have better consumer rights.

                                  We need a written apology from the store manager and also return the money for we will return the blouse material we received from them.
