We bought activa 5g on 25/10/18 from sandeep autos patiala. They told us that we could get the free services from any authorized activa service station. When i went for the first service i noticed that the active service book which has all the coupons and kept record of the vehicle has 1st free service coupon missing. Then when talked to the people at the service station i realised that the sandeep autos people had already torn that coupon so as to get people to come to their service station. Activa service people told us that sandeep autos was a regular offender that many activas bought from them has the first coupon torn. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Wanted to shed some light on the incident and on what kind of things are being done for their profits.
