When i went for the first service i noticed that the active service book which has all the coupons and kept record of the vehicle has 1st free service coupon missing. Yesterday i.e. 27.11.2013 I handed over my Honda aviator scooter No HR08-J 8395 for complete paid service at 11.50 AM at Sandeep Auto Patiala. The workshop incharg Mr. Sharma told to collect the scooter at 4.00 PM. But At 5.15 PM when i went to collect the scooter it was not ready and one workshop boy told us to collect the scooter after one or one and a half hour, which was not possible for me to wait at the workshop.
