[Resolved]  Sands Shopping Hub — Cheated me Rs 6999

Dear Sir My self chitrasen sahoo, from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, i got a call from sands shopping hub executive 6/10/2014, he told me my number selected by their lucky draw and you will get iPhone, Sonu LED or Laptob, but you need to pay registration charges of Rs 6999. by instalment. As per their instruction i paid Rs 3500 on 6/10/2014 and Rs 3499 on 8/10/2014. But after that their representative not responds me. They are cheated me. i want my money return back please help me i am also attached my bank statement
