I got several calls from Sands Shopping Hub saying that I have got selected for a promotion offer for that I paid Rs. 4, 999.00 on 11-Sep-2014. After this I got call to choose a plan of Rs. 6999.00 and was asked to make another payment of Rs. 2, 000.00. I did not wish to do so and asked to refund the amount of Rs. 4, 999.00 that I had paid on 11-Sep-2014. Then I got a call from their a/c department saying that then can only process my refund process once I make a total purchase of Rs. 25, 000.00 or more and made two more transaction on my behalf of Rs. 13, 998.00 and Rs. 9, 999.00 on 18-Sep-2014. And I was promised to get refund of Rs. 28, 996.00 (4, 999.00+13, 998.00+9, 999.00) within next 24 hours. But instead of getting any refund Rs. 20, 997.00 was deducted from my a/c (as POS purchase from the same website) without my consent and without my providing any details to anyone. When I called back to know about this, they said that it happened because of some technical issues and confirmed that the complete amount of Rs. 49, 993.00 (28, 996.00+20, 997.00) will be given me back by 22-Sep-2014. But on 22-Sep-2014 again Rs. 20, 997.00 got deducted from my a/c, now I got my card blocked instantly. Please advise how to get my money back of RS. 70, 990.00 (49, 993.00+20, 997.00) and what actions shall I take.
