Hi Team, Good Afternoon, This mail is in regards to one of my transaction that was made to your company on 15th June 2014 with transaction id[protected].
I got a tele marketing call from one of your call center executive on
15th June and i was briefed about 6 products in various price range. I
was told about an AC and i was told that it would cost 4999/-. I was
given 6 options however i made it very clear over the call that i don't
want to place an order if it is some kind of lottery or lucky dip, i
also made it very clear that i only want that product(AC). I was given
confirmation of the same and only than i gave the details of my card. My
account has been debited for 4999/- however post that they said now
they would use the server to decide the product and i have denied for
that option. I said i don't need anything else and they said they cant
give that product for that cost and so the call was transferred to
supervisor, post listening to the earlier calls the supervisor stated
that the refund to be processed in 7 days. I have not received the refund and its been more than 90 days. I
have made so many calls for the refund and i have been given very vague
answers about the refund process. I was told after few days of the call
that i need to place another order to get the refund and i have denied
to that option. I have got a call early this morning and i was told that
they need my account number, DOB and CVV number to process the refund
and i have denied that because of banking law.I am pretty
sure by this time that this has all been done intentionally and there is
no law which states you need to place a new order or give CVV number to
get the refund to customers account. I have already spoken to the bank
about this and i want to let the team know that there is no order made
but the transaction made and since than no refund has been done. Kindly
