Sanjay Cabs — Feedback - worst cab experience.

I would like to share my Travel experience with ‘Sanjay Cabs’ last Saturday (23/04/2016) from Chennai to Tirupathi.
• I was committed to give 03 seats behind the driver before paying the advance and was confirmed by Sanjay Cabs thrice, but those words were not kept up.
• Day before the travel they said seating cannot be possible as committed and both driver and person at [protected] started speaking harsh.
• The above person said, if am going to get in first I can take the seat and asked me to be at Koyambedu at 06:30 AM, but the driver didn’t pick me first and started narrating stories that his house is in Tambaram and he cannot pick me first. Why this was not communicated earlier and I was along with my parents was standing for more than an hour because of this.
• Driver (Selvam : TN 06 1904) was very very harsh with all the Passengers in the cab and abused with the words with ladies with cheap slang.
• Driver also said if you we are not going to come its nothing going to harm him as he has lot of customers. Is this how customers Sanjay Cab will treat its customers???.
• Driver said if we want to come in his cab we should obey his words. Are we slaves to him after giving the money.
• The Car condition was also worst that AC was not working, Water was leaking in the seat, Last door was not proper and hot air was flowing inside and all doors was making lot of noise. This Car is best example for “Dabba Vehicle”.
• Since the AC was not working everyone started sweat and everyone’s dress was wet because of it. The driver has to bang the AC’s head to make it work for two minutes and we have to keep reminding him every 5 Minutes.
• The driver stopped for Breakfast in “Adyar Saravana Bhavan” which is kind of tea stall and all the items in was not at all good. No salt in idly, chutney was spoiled, Dosa was not cooked properly and it was completely a very bad Breakfast.
• No one from Sanjay cabs informed about taking the Dhoti and he was kept arguing that he told before the travel.
• Sanjay Cabs said it will provide area pick up and drop, but the driver was too arrogant that he didn’t come to my place and ask to get down on the way and picked only in his way.
• Co passengers were ladies and they also reported the same issue that the driver is so arrogant and abuses with words and cheap slang.
• Have never came across such was worst service so far and Sanjay Cabs doesn’t care about its customers after getting money.
• Its 200% DISSATISFACTION for the money we gave and how the service was provided by Sanjay Cabs.
