    I have an important post which is kept at katraj post office, pune!
    I called them few days back to inform that i have not received my parcel, so they said you have to call between 9-11 because postman is available at this duration of time. Only postman can inform me about my parcel.
    So i am trying calling them since 3 days between 9-11 but the phone is busy since 2 hours.
    I know they put the receiver on side so that no one can disturb them. I have seen them also doing this.
    But now i am residing very far from the post office so i can not go to the office directly and pick up my post directly.
    Their behaviour regarding customer delivery is really irresponsible.
    I have to urgently submit the documents in company for that i need my parcel asap.
    I filed a complaint on indian post also but no response yet.
    Please provide a solution.

      I had made a claim for my accidental totally damaged samsung galaxy s5. Pick me buddy ashpak shaik collected my phone on 08-02-16 and the request date was[protected] and the claim was approved in the same month. Since then, 20 months have passed and i am just being given dates and there is no sign of any reimbursement. Also the customer helpline does not work most of the time. I am attaching the job sheet as well as the tax invoice of insurance purchase. Kindly take note of this inconvenience caused or i will have to take this matter into legal hands as a fraudulent case.

      I ordered a combo gown bt i received 3 sarees in bad product . And i think picker i a fake app bcoz here is everyone saying that they received a wrong product . I want my gown or my refund .

        Respected sir, i akhil mahalker from goa had purchased sony xperia z3 with pick me insurance on 13/05/2015 and it was damaged under warranty on 30/06/2015 i deposited my phone to sony service center and from where mr azad pick me agent took my phone to repair (Imei no:[protected]) (Phone model no: d6653) (Si number:[protected]. Now two years have past this june they are giving on dates saying that phone cannot be repaired and they promise to give new phone of same price saying national insurance claim department has not clear their amount. The price of the phone is 40000/- please help me out in this (Mobile registered no :[protected]). You can contact me on ([protected]). Please i am waiting for your reply. Kindly help

          It is been two years now and still i haven't got my mobile back from pickmeindia team. They are being so irresponsible and not responding to any of the calls. I have previously dropped emails and called people regarding this but i got no proper response in calls or emails.

          I invested 20000/- on the mobile, should i let it go, i hardly used it.

          In a few minutes after i uploaded this complaint i got a call from [protected] saying that they will refund me the whole amount and asked me for my bank account details. After i refused to give my bank details the Senior Manager R.K Manhotra verbally abused me and cut the call. I have the call recorded and this is not acceptable.
          Kindly take required action for this.

            It was a person from pickme India who picked the phone from my residence. So it is Pickme India's responsibility to get the phone back to me. When you have taken it from me, I will have to ask you right.
            You break your contract with Univercell is not my problem. You were the one who promised to pick the phone from residence and deliver it back home once the phone is fixed. It is suppose to be your responsibility.

            Anyways, I already checked with Univercell and they had asked me to get back the damaged phone from pickme so that they can get it replaced with a new one for me. Please return my phone else I will have to surely take an action by raising a case against you. I have the original phone invoice, the job sheet and the insurance copy. I have paid for the phone and it is not just 1k or 2k. Please return the phone.
            It was a person from pickme India who picked the phone from my residence. So it is Pickme India's responsibility to get the phone back to me. When you have taken it from me, I will have to ask you right.

              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

              I wish to complain about HTC desire 820 S, IMEI-[protected] also insured by Pickme doorstep solution with pickme pack code-MW2MP[protected] that I purchased on 13/03/2015 from Mobility world( international value retail private limited, dwarka sec-6, new delhi-110075.

              I am complaining because i didnot get back my Phone since submission of my phone to your service center after damage. I did many calls during this 2 year period but did not get satisfactory response. To resolve this problem I would like you to show some brief history about my compmaint below.

              When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Ashwani malik head of mobility world contact no. [protected] after 7 to 10 days of submission of my phone at your service center dated 27/07/2015 (JOB SHEET DULY ATTACHED), and was told phone will be send to head office for repair. We will confirm you after 15 days.

              I call again but he did not answered my call. Than i call on his assitant Mr. Deepak and contact no. is [protected].
              He said nothing could be done with your phone complaint. I believe that this response is unfair because when phone is insured and under warranty period than how can you be so unethical to customer.

              I also contacted Mr. Daljeet singh the owner of mobility world sector 6 dwarka but didnot get back any satisfactory response.

              Too much Time has been passed and i make many calls to mobility world, pickme doorstep solution delhi branch, Mumbai office but didnot get back any response.

              I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

              I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 7 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

              I am attaching copies of my job sheet (other proof of payment or documentation of complaint).

                  Mobile was highly damaged due to an accident, as assured the phone was not picked up even for more than a month. I personally went and submitted my phone. They assured the phone will be repaired or amount will be refunded in 45 days. I have been calling and had sent emails for hundreds of times but the status is still the same. They always give a date which is 15 days ahead of the present date and this goes on... I want to log a complaint against pickme india under fraud and mental harassment.                       I am Sukumar Dey resident at 54, Tollugynge Road, Near Santi Sangha Club, C/o, Arjun Dey, Kolkata 700026. I have purchase a Samsung Core Prime mobile phone on 21/06/2015 including a insurance from PICKME Doorstep Solutions for one year from date of purchase.

                      Suddenly my mobile phone damaged on 17/12/2015 time 07:30 pm when I going to home and accordingly I have complain to PICKME regarding insurance.

                      Firstly the PICKME collected my damage phone after 1 and half month after that they are commitment my mobile phone return back within 3 months.

                      Now today is 21/10/2016 i.e. month of October but till now I am not received my mobile phone.

                      I have continue follow-up to PICKME by over phone and they are also every time confirm me sending my mobile by end of the month. Already 6 month complete but I am not received.

                      Pls help me and resolved that.

                      My name is Arvind and resident from Pune.I had purchased Samsung Note edge which was stolen on 11/11/2015 and made a complaint and recd the FIR Copy.After the same original FIR Copy, Pickme decleration form, Invoice of the handset, Pick me service provider sim bar form and Pickme Police FIR copy form all attached and handed over to your local representative.

                      Henceforth i was keepon calling but not able to connect the same.The mobile price was 47500.Still i haven't recd any feedback from Pickme.

                      With all documents do i need to lodge a complaint or how?my complaint no is [protected].

                        I have use the pic me service for my mi note3 16 GB for repairance of software but they return me back without and repairance of my headset and they also break the display of my mobile so I they again take my headset for repairance and also display new but now they send me the bill for repairance I will not give then any money because it my display is damaged by them so they will pay it plz sort this issue urgently as soon as possible other wise I will file a case at consumer court against your company of fraud

                              My htc desire handset was submitted in nov 2014, while i was told that i will get my phone back in 7 days and 7 days never came and till yet phone is not repaired, my device complaint is been removed from their online website, i know that my handset will never be returned to me.

                                On dated 21/07/2015 i purchased policy for mobile (nokia lumia 730). on dated 28/12/2015 my mobile was damaged by bike accident. i submitted my damaged mobile to pickme india. after that they told me that within 21 days the claim will be sanctioned and my phone will be repair or replace but on my every phone enquiry for my claim company telling me that your claim will be process within next 10days.

                                It is too much for fake answering me regarding my claim.

                                Kindly do the needful and help me for out this problem

                                  My request no[protected] it has been more than 6 months i have submitted my phone for repair but i did'nt get my phn back whenever i call customer care then give me a new date they always fool me by promise me to give but always they dont fullfil there promise i've call them more than 50th times they made a promise to return my phn but i called they again they give some excuse and said it will take more 20 day so i request u too give back my phone as it in the condition neither i have to take legal step to police or consumer forum plz reply to my queiy as soon as thank you

                                      I have given my iphose 5s to pick me india on 22.8.15 and they told me to give my phone back after 45 days maximum. After 15 days when i called they saidit will take more 20 days and again they said it will take one more month.. This continued for 7 months.. After that when we tried to call their number is out of reach and another is switched off. I have purchased that mobile in 35000 rs. Its my one month salary and 35k is not a small amount. I want my mobile back in whatever condtion i gave it to them, i just want it back. I dont want it to be replaced or anything. I just want it back in the same condition. Please help me out.

                                        There was one claims pending from last 6/7 month, this kind of services are provided from your company there is no one attending mail or not getting any reference from your side over the phone or not any mail received about claims settlement

                                        Wright now this mail any one not attending we will complaints against your company in consumer

                                        Related document are provided your company on 21/09/2015 and till time claims not settled / not reverted
