With due respect, I wish to draw your attention to the problem of Street dogs in Vivek Nagar, (opp. DMC Hospital), Civil Lines, Ludhiana.Five to six dogs keep on barking day and night. They bark and try to bite everyone going in the street. They have bitten more than ten people including six children very badly. It is requested to you to lift these dogs so that people living in our locality can feel safe.
