As as regular visitor we had very bad experience with doctor Dr.Suchitra Pradeep. We just asked why they have given eyedrops as doubt, but they took as wrong way and shouted at us that not to teach anything for doctors, even though we explained that it was misunderstanding. She didn't listen to patient concerns and she doesn't know have to behave with patient/with elders, this is purely from our experience. Even from Reception we didn't get proper response during appointment and they too not listen to Patient concerns. More than 10 Yrs we are visiting this Hospital but recent years we experiencing bad services. Please take necessary action on this incident and educate her how a doctor should behave with patient.
