Cafeteria owner behaviour is very rude. He is not listening of paitents. Treating paitent and attended same. Not giving prority to give foid to catatact surgery paitent.
I am requested multiple times to serve food for paitent. Queue is very long approx. 50-60 people.
Kindly acknowlege and take a action against this vendor.
Fully fedup and angry of their behaviour.

Rude behaviour of staff
Hello
Sankara hospital at guntur. I have observed The staff was very rude behavior to every patients They did give proper reply to patients. If any doubt to ask to staff they said go out side. Every patients were straggle. For investigation of patients they didn't allow one take care person along with patient. If patient side persons ask to staff they didn't give proper response even they shout about them.
Especially Room No. 161 staff very rude behaviour.. Kindly do needful and take action as per your rules.

As as regular visitor we had very bad experience with doctor Dr.Suchitra Pradeep. We just asked why they have given eyedrops as doubt, but they took as wrong way and shouted at us that not to teach anything for doctors, even though we explained that it was misunderstanding. She didn't listen to patient concerns and she doesn't know have to behave with patient/with elders, this is purely from our experience. Even from Reception we didn't get...

Customer care representative at Chennai centre is very rude and cheap behaviour
When I called [protected] for help for a doctor appointment, the representative at your customer care was behaving so rudely and doesn't have manners to speak to a customer. Can I escalate this matter for such rude behaviour of staff to Consumer court or any another forum. The call was made at 4.49 pm. Please take action otherwise I will take bigger action against that staff

Doctor Kavitha and her rude secretary

We had appointment for rop for twins 6months old . Shruthi dr referred to Dr Kavitha for optometry babies were in hospital waiting for dr morr than 3 hrs and then her rude secretary just said can't send u people harshly. When we finally went to Dr she just told to come next week waiting time was waste. Babies became very tired and restless. No ethical behaviour from the Dr. No basic manners

My son's (2 years) pair of power glasses was ordered on 16th Oct 2020 (MRD no: 3954427) with full payment and with a commitment of getting it delivered to my home (the distance between the hospital and my home is approx 5 kms) and today it is Nov 2 2020, did not receive it. They gave me the tracking id (which I am not supposed to take care of, it's Sankara Nethralaya Newtown's responsibility to get it delivered as I came...

I purchased a pair of power spectacle for my 2 years old son. I paid everything while ordering on 16 October 2020 and they promised a home delivery (which is just at a distance of 5-7 kms). The product is yet not delivered and today is 1 Nov 2020. When enquired in New town Sankara Netralaya, they provided me a tracking ID and asked to do it myself. While tracking the ID with their logistic partner, that company just kept on making excuses.

complain about doctors

I would like to complain about the doctors of your hospital
My treatment was started from 6th of july 2019 onwards, every month doctors call me and make ledger treatment in my eye and also they are giving me steroid from last 6 months but still there is no improvement in my eye, whenever i talk about why the problem still persuade they don't give any proper answer for such
Till date they made 5 ledger treatment in my eye 2 ffa and many other test, which cost me around a lack (1, 00, 000) but there is no improvement in my eye
I don't know how long this treatment will go and how much cost they will charge in future
I request the authorities to look this matter and do the needful

misbehavior of a stuff

I, avishikta mukherjee considered your hospital as one of the best hospitals in kolkata for eyes but i am afraid i was wrong. Yesterday (30.10.19) i had an appointment with renowned pediatric ophthalmologist dr. Sujata guha for my 2 years 5 months old son raghavendra mukherjee. The behaviour of the doctor and other stuffs were really appreciable but one of your stuffs rubiya khan from 3rd floor room no. 323 misbehaved with my son. She was continuously shouting at my baby, that too in front of me and my husband. My husband, krishnendu mukherjee asked her to stop shouting but she didn't listen. Not only that, her shout made my baby cry and then she was complaining that the baby is crying intentionally. This kind of abusive treatment could not be tolerated by any parent.
I request you to take strict action against the lady.

irresponsible answers and irregular behaviour

Sir/madam,
When we go to fixation of date for eye surgery at sankara netralaya, pedakakani, guntur - 522509, your staff who are checking the previous sheets and date person (Which lady name not known) insulting and not told details properly. This is shame on your part. We recognige that your lady staff at reception and who are in rooms are totally irregular persons. Their behaviour is not good with patients. This comes bad name for your institute. We are not beggers like they treat. We pay thousand of rupees for surgery and checking. But staff behaviour is not good. Please control the persons. They are not serve freely to the institution, they are all taken salaries. How they told answers rashly and irregularly with patients. Please give instructions to your staff how to behave with patients.

I have been in shankara netralaya more than 6 times and every time when i come here they are just delaying everythng. They will refer from one doctor to another and for evry doc u have to wait for more than 5-6 hrs. And they will tell u in reception only that u have to have 4-5hrs to visit the doc and what doc will do... He will examine for less than 2mins n will write test to visit different branch for tests n again u have to take appointment for the same doc n again wait for 5-6hrs. N the staff & secretary to doc behaviour is like wow... They will not listen to u, they will ignore u, they speak to u rudley, they wont... It's also dissatisfaction for me to wait for a fundus test and reporting to doc took me 7 hrs and also not done and reported to doc. I really disappointed for ur service. I must forward to ur concerned dept.

availability of mediclaim filled form

Mysel[censored]ndergo retinal surgery having mrd no. 3678966 under supervision of dr. Mina bhende and asked for availability of filled mediclaim form in order to claim my medical reimbruishment. But hospital staf[censored]ndergo careless behavior about that. I send my form on 16 th jul but till time not received the original copy of same, which was must required for claim.
I called many times and mail but no satisfactory response revert. The attended said secretory is on leave write a complain to achieve the original copy of mediclaim filled form.
Kindly do the needful otherwise my medicaid time duration expired.

Very late back approach and poor service, waste of time and money

I have been in Shankara netralaya more than 4 times and every time when i come here they are just delaying everythng. They will refer from one doctor to another and for evry doc u have to wait for more than 5-6 hrs. and they will tell u in reception only that u have to have 4-5hrs to visit the doc and what doc will do...he will examine for less than 2mins n will write test to visit different branch for tests n again u have to take appointment for the same doc n again wait for 5-6hrs. N the staff behaviour is like wow...they will not listen to u, they will ignore u, they speak to u rudley, they wont smile, they have only trained in saying "Deri Aache" in bengali. My old parents have to wait entire day without any food n all. My parents came down frm M.P. n they are just waiting from last 15 days. Now i dont have any hope from this hospital. No one should visit this hospital i[censored] have ample time, want to trouble ur dear one, have loads of money wasting in hotels, conveyace then come to this hospital.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service.No won't even reads a mail, replying on time and addressing the concerns of patients is a distant dream.I requested an appointment for 12 or 13th of May 2017 and planned my itinerary for the same .But I was shocked to get appointment on 10th April 2017 and that too a different doctor.Heights of negligence, if this attitude prevails then only god knows what will happen to the reputation of this great institution and its patients.I hope you guys will take my feedback constructively.

Careless behaviour about patient

I am sudipta sau. I have sent my grand mother to sankara nathralaya for eye operation on 11.11.2013 with my family member. Her name parul bala sau. Mrd no. 2762374. They admit her on that day, they said it would be stay 2-3 days. My family member wanted to be stay with her, but the management are refused to stay there at night. That night my grand father broken his right leg in the bathroom, but nooter nurse or doctor are there, next day they are calling me and say that its their fault but as it was a eye clinic, i should treatment her outside but they are promised to pay whole expenses. They released her on 13.11.2013. As they say we treated her at anurshing home. And submit the bill of nurshing home to sankara nethralaya. But still now when i contact with them they just say you will got the money later. I have not get any posative response from themselves.
