Sansbound — not having proper response by jawhar and others,,,,,,,, Bad institute i have ever seen

im joining ccna course in sansbound, then i want to change my course ccna to other course. As procedure i gave a letter to sansbound about course changing. after ten days i'm calling to sansbound but there is no response from there. And they gave Mr.Jawhar phone number to check the status. He is the senior person in sansbound institute but he gave very worst response to me.
