We had initiated the admission process for my daughter Sai Ridhima to 1st std. by paying the initial installment to Sanskar School which is a CBSE affiliated school in Hubli near Kusugal road. The authorities asked us to make the 1st installment on 15th Feb'
22 without fail. The payment of Rs 10000 in cash and Rs. 20000 online(ref #[protected] and[protected] was paid on 15th Feb'22. The school authorities did not provide me a receipt at the time of payment for the above mentioned total amount of 30, 000 Rs. Now due to the change in my work circumstances, I have been asked to report back to work in Bangalore where I work for HSBC ltd. We then went to the school to withdraw the admission requesting the authorities to cancel my daughters admission to 1st std. on 19th March'22. Mr Vinod who had discussed and confirmed to us that we need to submit a formal letter of withdrawal which was submitted and they informed us that as per due process they would refund the above total amount of 30000 Rs. We have been following up with the school authorities and have visited the school multiple times. We request you to kindly help us get back our refund since we have requested the withdrawal of admission way before the final payment and confirmation by the school authorities.
