Sanskar School — Non Refund of Security Deposit

1. My daughter Miss Meenal Shekhawat took admission in Sanskar School, Vishwamitra Marg, Sirsi Road, Jaipur (Raj), PIN-302012 in year 2011 in class X. 2. A refundable security deposit of Rs 2000/- was paid to the school. 3. This year she has passed out of school from class XII C. 4. The school is not refunding security deposit as original fee receipt of admission time (year 2011) is not held with us. 5. I am serving in Indian Army. I am authorised Children Education Allowance (CEA), for which original fee receipts have to be forwarded to CDA (O), Pune, my salary payment authority. 5. For Meenal Shekhawat, I have forwarded the original fee receipts to CDA (O), Pune. I did keep a photocopy. 6. The Sanskar School is having all details in their school records. It is a deliberate act on their part to illegally keep security deposit of students. 7. Please instruct school to pay security deposit of Miss Meenal Shekhawat at the earliest.
