Santhosh Kumar — Havells Fan not working

I am Santhosh Kumar from Pattambi, I have complaint (on 21/04/2015) my 2 Numbers ceiling fan not working. Many peoples contact from Palakkad, Ottapalam, and Cheruplasseri etc. Still date no body attend this complaints. All our efforts to contact the company were in vein. The numbers printed behind the bill is false and I wonder why a company of Havells standing keeps their eyes shut on a product complain especially on an electrical equipment. .
