I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issue with my AC, serial number 87KCG06T08884, which is covered under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with your company.
Since March 2024, I have consistently faced the E5 error with my AC. Despite lodging multiple complaints and having a technician visit two months ago, the problem persists. This lack of resolution is unacceptable, especially given the assurances provided after the previous service visit.
Despite filing complaints on June 11th (Job ID: [protected]) and June 23rd (Job ID: [protected]), I have not received any meaningful response or solution from Havells. Yesterday, I was assured by customer care team that a senior technician would contact me within 24 hours. However, I have yet to receive any communication.
As a customer who has faithfully adhered to the terms of the AMC, I expect prompt and effective resolution of issues as they arise. The current situation not only violates my rights as a consumer but also reflects poorly on Havells' commitment to customer satisfaction.
Today I received a reply from Havells stating that I do not require any further customer service without any assistance provided to resolve the ongoing issue.
I would like to highlight that this issue has now persisted for over a month without resolution, and during this time, the unit has been unusable despite being under an AMC contract. Therefore, I request fair compensation for the time lost without service and the inconvenience caused by repeated cancellations and delays.
Therefore, in addition to a prompt and effective resolution of the AC issue, I request fair compensation for the multiple instances of inconvenience and the time lost without proper service. The repeated failures to resolve the problem despite multiple attempts
highlight a significant breach of service standards.
Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But here I want to say that Havells company sent froude technician to my home for Cooler Servicing due as per our local technician said me, Maximum cost will be 300 to 500 because Cooler all parts are ok, It have to clean the parts, Cooler will be ok.
That's why We can say Havells's Service center totally work as illegal way. So request you please take the step Otherwise Many customer will face this type of problem. Without servicing have taken Rs 300/- from Me.
So again request you please solve my problem as soon as possible.
