Santro Driving School — Payment made but classes not received

I have made the payment on 31st Dec for 10-classes of car driving. I followed up with the driver, Prakash, for a few weeks in January, but he was not available. Due to some personal issues, I had to leave Bangalore until April. In May, after a few follow ups, I received 2 classes on 13th and 14th May. No further classes until June. Then I received two classes again in June and then I didn't receive any class.
I have a humble request to refund my money. I can't follow-up with the instructor for classes every now and then.
I have all the screen shots and call records of follow-up
This is my last resort.
Please help for refund

Finally, I received 50% of the money back. Thanks to consumer forum. I wrote so emails to New Santro Driving Schools, calls and texts, nothing worked, until I came to this forum.
Consumer forum, thank you for protecting consumers. Please keep up the good work.

Thanks to Consumercomplaints forum that I got 50% of my money back. I can't be more grateful to this forum. Thank you for coming to my rescue and protecting consumer's right.

@New Santro driving Schools - Imran please be diligent in your service. You should not accept booking if you have inadequate drivers. Also, you should response to customer's email and calls/texts even after the payment. No matter how, thank you for refunding my money.
