It's been two years with multiple follow ups. No one took responsibility to provide a solution to me. That why I am raising this complaint.

I have made the payment on 31st Dec for 10-classes of car driving. I followed up with the driver, Prakash, for a few weeks in January, but he was not available. Due to some personal issues, I had to leave Bangalore until April. In May, after a few follow ups, I received 2 classes on 13th and 14th May. No further classes until June. Then I received two classes again in June and then I didn't receive any class.
I have a humble request...

They have been extremely careless after receiving my intial down payment for thr liscence and have not even set up the learners for 2 weeks. They have also lacked coordinating with me or keeping me informed.

On asking for my refund, they are refusing the same as we speak...

This company is very big fraud. No service professionalism. Mr. Syed came to collect money in half an hour and gave me a trainer ismail aged 60 yrs. This guy is having lots of issue. He never come in time, missed and wasted so many days, gave me all lame excuses all the time. Instead i use to adjust training time for him as he demands. The driver asif, told me : the parent company santro-driving-school has asked not to handover the driving vehicle in the hands of candidates. But i will still teach you, by giving full control. And you need to pay me 1000.
And he said, this is how our policies are. We don't teach the candidate completely. But i will still, and asked for 1000 rs.

Money taken but service has not been provided yet. No arrangements have been made for arranging the learner's license. Also the classes have not started. The owner does not respond to calls or messages. Very unprofessional behavior. Have caused mental tension and harassment. This is a clear case of money extortion. The speed at which they collected the money is not seen in delivery of services. There has been multiple other complaints against...

[protected]) sent a person to my house to collect the money and have info filled. Now i got the learner's license as guided and wanted to start the lesson, but when i called the person in charge and office, and all of santo driving numbers, not of them is reachable, or informed...

The company is a big fraud. By mistake i didn't read their reviews and took the fresher's course. Owner named iqbal -[protected] forced me to give money by calling again and again and took rs. 4300. After that there was no call when i approached them they charged some more money to issue me learning licence without taking exam. Person came to my house within half hour to collect money for classes and promised driver would come next morning at 7am but no driver turned up after several calls and no one answering i went to the office to get my money back but there was no manager next day i was told driver would come at 3pm but no one came and no answer to calls i am now going to file a police complaint because this is just a fraud company i request all of you to do...

You have been warned already with the title, never-ever join this driving school.
These people will lure you in joining them by sweet words, false promises. "10 hrs of driving class means (9 hrs+1hr (While giving exam), ideally 9 class, 5 hrs of simulation (If you happen to go to office, look at the condition of simulator, you will understand), half hour of theory. This is the package promised. After you have enrolled, hell will freeze...

I am having very bad experience this cheater santro driving classes took 5 k from us for license and driving. After taking money he gave me my LL very late almost after 3 weeks.

They were so aggresive at the beginning, trying to be polite and trying to get you registered and collect the amount they mention. Earlier they themselves only used to call and approach to register for the driving classes, asking for day and time regarding when they can come. Once registered they dont even picks your calls.

Please take some immediate action against them so that they can't loot anyone else....

I think everything has been mentioned in the other comments, which i so wish that i had gone through before putting money on this scam. its strange that the same completely irresponsive owner called me himself as soon as i put an enquiry on justdial and used to answer all he calls promptly ill the time i and my husband actually...

I asked for the driving school a month ago. At that time the owner himself came to my house to collect the money and assured that the driver will pick me up from my location. However, after giving him the money that day, the next day when I asked him about the class, he said that there is no pick up location at my place. NEW SANTRO DRIVING SCHOOL KORAMANGALA

They collected 4000 Rs upfront for the 16 driving classes. After 40 days, only 4 classes happened. The driver + owner dont return calls now a days when called. For the last 20 days no classes happened.

I checked few Blogs online, there seems to be quiet a few people with similar experience with this school.

Don't go to driving class to "santro driving school, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka" as they are very cheating people. When i enrolled, they asked 4500 and given assurance that i will get 10hr regular class + 4 wheeler licence . But after 3 hour class, they started postponing my class for many days even my LLR about to expire. The owner IMRAN will take calls only when you join (just to get money) after...
