Sapient — Lease amount unsettled

This is complaint against Mr. Pathiraj & Sagayakumar, Land Lords for a portion of the Apartment address GF03, ground floor, measuring about 932 Sqft. Along with 237.66 Sqft o[censored]ndivided share of land, situated at No.31, Sai Bhavana homes, 4th Main, 4th cross, GM Palya, New Thippasandra post, Bangalore 560 075. There is a legal Lease Agreement signed by me & Mr. Pathiraj for a 3 years Lease & due to some personal problems my family couldn't shift to the house that we agreed on Lease. Didn't have a chance to stay even a day & hence asked the Land Lord Mr. Pathiraj to return the amount which is 6, 25, 000 Lakhs. Notice was given to him in the month of Jan & till date he is avoiding calls & deliberately prolonging. There is no possibility that I will get back this amount & hence I have come to punch this online complaint for help. I am simultenously doing all my legal proceedings to get my money back.
