[Resolved] Saral Vaastu — Dissatisfied with vaastu | |||
We had approached saral vaastu for resolution of problems at our home in december 2012. Someone from their team visited our home thrice: in the first instance for checking the house layout, then for items to be placed to “rectify” the vaastu and third time to verify that we had followed all instructions. We did indeed follow all instructions that were given to us including adding a door in the house. We spent approx rs 42, 000 on the entire vaastu exercise including fees/charges paid to saral vaastu. For the first couple of days, it seemed that saral vaastu was working. However, that was only a mirage and thereafter, things started to worsen. Vaastu exercise was working in the exactly opposite direction. For example, our son was fined at his office for a mistake and, he has been frustrated with his office for the past few months and finally resigned. Our grandson fell ill. New social challenged emerged and the situation/relationships at our home worsened. The vaastu exercise has only has negative effect and we are extremely dissatisfied with the outcome. I have lost count of the number of times i have called up at their office and sent email to them. Nobody is interested in rectifying the problem and cant even find a proper person who can bring things to normal at our home. Was this information helpful? | |||

I[censored] have benefited from Saral Vaastu then well and good, But you dont have any right to judge other people. We are not mad to spend Rs.42, 000/- for the vaastu and not follow the instructions. The Experts visited our house twice and said that we had followed all the instructions. Infact they have difference of opinion within themselves. If the vaastu doesnt go right it is their duty to rectify it. After they do the vaastu and incase if we have any problem and we contact their office, they are not reachable or on site visit and we don not get a call back for months.

My problem has not been solved at all. Mr. Gautam spoke to me and said he will get back to me. 6-7 days have passed and he still hasn't called me back. This is not new to me since this happens every time. And I have called up your office as well after that and they said Mr. Gautam will call me but still he hasn't.

All the executives of Saral Vaastu are the same and no one is interested to help you out of the problems after they get their money. And on the public forum they reply as if they are helping you out.

The user did not respond to the messages. The review should not be taken into consideration. I have been writing on this site for more than one year now. All the communications above are to be seen. Inspite of mentioning about the problems and how saral vaastu is cheating people, nobody from their office has called up till now. Due to their bad effect of vaastu we have now changed our residence. People should not fall in the trap of these people. We have only suffered after their services which was taken in December 2012. Everytime we call up at their office a new executive comes up and asks what happened and expects us to repeat the story. Then they say a senior expert will call up which never happens.
I wish we had know earlier about this and we had not opted for their services.
