[Resolved] Saral Vaastu — Not giving refund | |||
I have paid rs.12000 cash to saral vaastu on 23rd feb2014. They have not given me reciept of that amount. I am calling them almost every day & now since they are not responding to my call, i asked for refund to which again they are not replying. I spoke to mr. Pramod from saral vastu on phone he said, he will refund, but next day onwards he is not picking up my phone. Pl help Was this information helpful? | |||

Saral Vaastu customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complaint author have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned. | |||

Every time some new person pick up the phone & we have to repeat the history over and again, which is no use.
Pl help me get back my hard earned money.
I want to punish them, so that they will not dare to fool anyone in future.
