[Resolved]  Saral Vaastu — Saral vaastu collecting funds without solutions and avoiding to give receipts

We booked for consultancy for rs 500 for a home visit from saral vaasthu expert. A visiting expert from saral vaastu came and offered remedial solution by offering 15, 000 charges. And finally settled to 10500/- by cash. He gave me some cheap stuff and offered expensive solution to correct our home vaastu.
When i demanded receipt, he said the company will send the receipt by email. It has happed two to three months before. Till now no one has given me receipt in spite of several calls to...

Kindly note that, i had denied to implement the services within 15 days of your visit. And also this has been communicated to your staff around 8-10 times till now. I have denied to implement the services, because of false commitment during the presentation. And i also communicated to your staff, that i want refund of my amount( this also around 8-10 times). You have not provided any receipt as of now for my payments. The inspection was done six months ago. Your staff has been agree for the same during the every conversation.

How could any one have trust on these words of Saral Vasstu, Because your could not document the things of what ever you have been charged for the customer.
