Saranya — Not yet received gold bond to mail id

Dear sir/madam,
I had applied for the sovereign gold bond-2020-21 series vi on 02th sep, 2020 through axis bank internet banking via.

I have just received the subscription confirmation receipt of the above sgb. But, so far, i have not received the e-certificate of the bond nor it has been credited to my demat account. I have also written to the rbi mail from which i received the subscription confirmation receipt.

So, i do not understand what to do now?
