Saraswat Bank — Account Open form rejected AND cash on hold with Saraswat bank

I trustee of shri alumba mata sarwajanik sanstha have given documents for account opening in the name of trust but some documents is pending from our side.
Bank has rejected account but not return me cash which i had deposited almost one year passed but still they are not ready for return the cash of rs 5000/-
