Internet banking not working

The internet bank is too slow and most of the time it is not working. It has the worst website and internet facilities as you can barely do any transaction through net banking...

Subject: Complaint Regarding Dishonor of Cheque No. 125835 Dated 30/04/2025 and Unjustified Charges

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Miss Sayali Patil, am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the dishonor of a cheque issued in my favor and the subsequent charges levied by your bank, which I consider arbitrary, unjustified, and unacceptable.

Details of the Transaction:

Cheque Number: 125835

Cheque Date: 30/04/2025

Amount: ₹5, 00, 000/-

Drawer: Miss Sayali Patil

Account Number: [protected]

Payee: Mrs. Archana Kiran Patil

The said cheque was presented for clearance but was dishonored by your bank. I was later informed via a phone call that the reason for dishonor was the non-submission of a Mandate Form by the drawer. It is important to note that the customer was completely unaware of this requirement and had never been informed or advised by the bank of the necessity to submit the said form.

Despite several requests made by me to a lady officer at your branch to honor the cheque—emphasizing the urgency of the transaction—my concerns were disregarded. To my shock, the call was abruptly disconnected, and no further assistance was provided.

As a responsible and regulated financial institution, Saraswat Bank is obligated to inform its customers about essential compliance requirements, particularly when they can impact high-value transactions.

In this context, I wish to highlight the following:

The dishonor occurred due to a procedural lapse by the bank, not the customer, which constitutes a serious service deficiency.

The dishonor charges levied are arbitrary and unjust, especially since they stem from the bank’s failure to inform the customer about a regulatory form requirement.

The situation has caused me significant financial hardship and emotional distress.

In light of the above, I urgently request the following actions:

Re-present and honor Cheque No. 125835 immediately upon submission of the required Mandate Form (if not already submitted).

Reverse all dishonor charges levied on the customer’s account in this matter.

Issue a written apology or clarification acknowledging the bank’s failure to inform the customer and describing corrective measures being taken.

I urge you to treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and resolve it at the earliest. Kindly take note that if I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I shall be compelled to escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

    Urgent complaint regarding delay in kyc update and account freeze

    My name is Shubham Satish Patil, and I have been a loyal customer of Saraswat Bank, Aurangabad CIDCO branch, for the past 6-7 years. I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my account, which has been frozen due to KYC requirements.

    On 17th March 2025, Rs. 6500 were debited from my account through internet banking. I did not receive any OTP on my registered mobile number or e-mail ID and neither did I logged in through Internet Banking. The amount was simply debited to another account. Prior to that, I received an e-mail from Saraswat bank on 6th March 2025 stating that

    "You have not logged into your Internet Banking since last 2 years. For security of your account, we have deactivated this facility." I have added the relevant screenshot.

    If I have not logged in my account, there is no way that I have provided the Internet Banking credentials and neither have I received any OTP regarding the transaction.

    Also, as per e-mail ID received form bank, it had already deactivated the Internet Banking facility for security concerns then I am unable to understand how was money debited from my bank account. This clearly shows negligence on bank's part. Request the forum to kindly do the needful.

      I closed my saving and current account from saraswat airoli branch due to mental harassment by branch. and at that time, I handover all cards and documents to branch.
      And now after two month I am getting call credit card department regrading late fee is changed on you card and daily interest also charged on this fine.

          The cashier checked the bil with MGL INVOICE OK ( AS USUAL)

            The cashier Saraswat Bank Nerul br 0268 has taken the Chq 016475
            dated 20/07/23 verified OK with MGL Bill

            It took around ONE Hour as She was not in her seat
            It was raing cats and dogs, mine is of older age.

            I kept the Chq with Cashier.
            Request to see the bill is paid as usual by the Bank

              My name pratik Acharya. I have account in Bapunagar Branch at ahmedabad. I have two fd one for my mother name & one for mine. March 9 my mother visited with both sign Fd at branch. She requested both fd mature on April 13 & is that possible to transfer mother name with new tenure because april no one available at home to submit original fd we out of country & back in july. Manager Mr. Sarthak Shah told possible & as per his instruction she wrote application & submitted at branch. On 13 April when Both fd auto renew i called Mr. Sarthak he told he will do it & update me. 20 days i follow up with Mr Sarthak at the end he told not possible. I told please close my fd & credit to my account in july when I will back india i will submit original fd at branch then he told send mail. After one week follow up he told next day he will do next day now today when I called he told it's not possible. If manager pass wrong information then how customer trust in bank. I have very bed expireance with this branch manager about passing wrong information. Ilwhen i will back july i will close that account even my all friend who have account in this branch i will share that expireance. I hope after seeing that message sone one take action on it

                There was a payment done by my friend, and the money was supposed to come in my account which is in punjab national bank, he used phonepe platform and sent it using mobile [protected]@ybi and the account got transferred in another account which was in saraswsat bank.
                so it seems that someone else has an account linked to my current and authorized mobile number. Please look up into the matter asap.

                    I manoj k choudhary have taken a housing loan from your bank from Vartak nagar branch of rupees 25 lakhs for 25 years. Now i my going for a balance transfer but the staff of your Vartak nagar branch is not supporting me.                       I have given cash for Account opening in the name of Trust .I agress documents formalities incomplete from my side therefore account opening form rejectedbut Saraswat bank Annapurna road branch Indore not ready to pay me cash back which I have deposited Cash Amount Rs.5000/-

                            Transaction timed out money deducted

                            On 13th May 2022 5:19pm made IMPS of Rs.22000, money deducted immediately. Then received an SMS "fund transfer request ...is timed out.
                            called customer care and as per their instruction I waited 24 hrs, then mail dispute form on 14th May2022 7:05pm.
                            but till 16.05.22 11:03am there is no reply or any refund in my account...

                            Dear Team,

                            My name is Princy A/C no [protected].

                            I made two payments online for my instant cash loan installments

                            1) SKY LOAN - 4027/- via google pay on 25th March 2022 at 12.12 am through and the amount has been successfully been debited from my account which I have received confirmations on app and via SMS, however the receiver claims that the payment has not been received and is stuck at the gateway
                            I have not received a refund of the same and its more than 24 hours now, I have attached necessary documents for your kind perusal.
                            when approached bank they said I need to fill the charge back form for the same and there's no guarantee if it will be returned or no
                            Moreover i have been charged with penalty charges from the loan provider and it is totally not my fault

                            2)CREDIT LOAN - 2060/-
                            I made this payment for an other instant loan via IMPS at 15.10 pm on 25th March 2022 via Saraswat banking application, The IMPS got declined and I have received SMS for the same, however the payment has been debited from my bank account and not been credited back to me till now its more than 24 hours
                            I was asked to fill the charge back form however there is no guarantee on the returns.
                            I have attached necessary bank confirmations for your perusal.

                            3) Bank account statement.
                            I request for an account statement of this month 1st March to 26th March 2022 approx 50 times now via the app, netbanking, customer service and whatsapp facility however i have not received a statement till now even once pls take it into consideration and help me get thru this i request you humbly.
