Saraswat Bank — done transaction via saraswat mobile banking but received didnt not received the amount

I had done transaction via mobile banking on 21 - sept at 12:30:26 am, i had sent amount to other account, but i haven`t received the amount. When complaint in bank about it, they are claiming we cant do anything about it, as the amount is debited from my account but didnt got credited to the receiver.
We have done complaint regarding it, but we are not getting any response regarding it.
