Saraswat Bank — new account opening

I anand mohite complaint regarding new account opening, i went to bank for so many time in bank for account opening many time then said that systeml down many time call for account opening same reason again,

We have some many bank for new account opening, but we are trust to saraswat bank because of good service, but now a thier is no service to new customer for opening account. Why???
