Saraswat Bank — Not issuing passbook | |
My mother and father had joined account in Saraswat Bank Vikhroli. My father died and my brother completed the formalities but he did not remove my father's name from the account immediately. Meanwhile he lost the passbook. When we visited the bank for duplicate passbook with necessary form filled by my mother they are insisting on my mother who is 76 yrs old to visit the bank in covid situation for duplicate passbook.
