I made two payments online for my instant cash loan installments
1) SKY LOAN - 4027/- via google pay on 25th March 2022 at 12.12 am through and the amount has been successfully been debited from my account which I have received confirmations on app and via SMS, however the receiver claims that the payment has not been received and is stuck at the gateway
I have not received a refund of the same and its more than 24 hours now, I have attached necessary documents for your kind perusal.
when approached bank they said I need to fill the charge back form for the same and there's no guarantee if it will be returned or no
Moreover i have been charged with penalty charges from the loan provider and it is totally not my fault
2)CREDIT LOAN - 2060/-
I made this payment for an other instant loan via IMPS at 15.10 pm on 25th March 2022 via Saraswat banking application, The IMPS got declined and I have received SMS for the same, however the payment has been debited from my bank account and not been credited back to me till now its more than 24 hours
I was asked to fill the charge back form however there is no guarantee on the returns.
I have attached necessary bank confirmations for your perusal.
3) Bank account statement.
I request for an account statement of this month 1st March to 26th March 2022 approx 50 times now via the app, netbanking, customer service and whatsapp facility however i have not received a statement till now even once pls take it into consideration and help me get thru this i request you humbly.
