Issue category: Online payment issue
Online payment (for learner's license) failed on Oct 19, 2022. No amount got debited from my bank account. But I am unable to do the payment again for the application fee.
Till today (Oct 26, 2022) I am getting the following message from sarathi.parivahan.gov.in:
"Application is verifying with BANK. Please press OK to Continue.."
I contacted the Sarathi Helpline ([protected]) and sent email to Sarathi Helpdesk ([protected]@gov.in). But the issue still remains.
Yesterday (Oct 25, 2022) I raised a complaint for this issue, under "File Your Grievance" in the website.
The complaint ID is 344756.

After clicking OK, the browser goes to Payment Status Verification page.
After filling in the details and submitting the page, I get the same message that I got before (with status as "pending" for Rs230 and Reference number TN2022V[protected] .
After clicking on the button, I get the following message [for the past one week]:
"Payment is Pending... Please Wait for 30mins for the Confirmation from the Bank OR Please contact RTO Office"
