Online payment (for learner's license) failed on Oct 19, 2022. No amount got debited from my bank account. But I am unable to do the payment again for the application fee.
Till today (Oct 26, 2022) I am getting the following message from sarathi.parivahan.gov.in:
"Application is verifying with BANK. Please press OK to Continue.."

I contacted the Sarathi Helpline...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for the Driving License Renewal online through sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/applViewStages.do.
on[protected]. with Application No. [protected] of my Wife Anupma khokhar but still not able to renew the same .
Showing below message on the Portal, when i click on Application Status

TO PRODUCE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS IN THE ZONAL OFFICE, TO PRODUCE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS...

My DL renewal Application No is [protected]. I am unable to eSign this. Once I click the form to eSign, it throws an error "this form is not required for the requested transaction". KA51 RTO only accepts eSign application.
Please help to resolve this.

I did not get any payment options of Internet Banking, Debit/Credit card Or UPI while making the payment and now the status of application no:[protected] is pending. Please refer the screen shots attached and help in the payment.

I get prompted with "Sorry..! We are unable to process your Request now. Please try after Sometime" whenever I click on payment status. payment status is not changing it is still in pending status.

The sum of 500 has been deducted from my bank account but the sarathi.parivahan.gov.in is showing payment pending for the last 9 days .

I paid 230rs through upi then its shows payment failed but my bank account debited with 230rs

I can't track the payment and no refund

Hello,
I’m facing a problem with sarathi. Parivahan.gov.in. I'm mahavirsinh zala. My father applied for renewal of driving license at parivahan.gov.in at rto, surendranagar, gujrat. All documents were uploaded and payment (850 inr) was made online.

Due to technical error while slot booking process, we cancelled application as per the advice of rto.

Now, we are not finding any process to get back our refund.
